THE F**K-IT LIST

What’s it all about?

A F**k-it list is a curated list of the places that you want to see, things you want to do, and goals you want to achieve. It’s about letting go of convention and expectations, daring to live your life the way you want now.

“Everyone is Gonna Die And No One is Gonna Remember you.
So... F**K IT.”

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
With your one wild and precious life?”

— Mary Oliver, The Summer Day

No matter what you enjoy most on your Sunday, if it’s a day of resting and relaxing or if you like to pack a lot of things in, you can improve the week ahead by spending as little as half an hour on these tasks.

Plan out your week

  • Morning Routine: Make sure you have all the items you’ll need for completing your morning routine; alarms set, book ready to read, workout clothes ready to go, breakfast ingredients, anything to help you start each day right.

  • Social & Work: Plan out your time for the week noting any meetings, work, anything you know you’ll need to do at a specific time. This is when you should also plan out some time for catching up with friends or family, and allocating time for yourself too.

  • Money: Know what you’re spending and what you’re saving - know what is in your bank account.

  • Food: Plan your meals and when you will stock up on what you need for the plan.

  • Cleaning: It’s a great idea to have a routine for general housekeeping, make sure you note where you’ll fit this in your week. When you do a little each day you don’t have as much to try and do at the weekends.

Your Sunday Setup is your chance to review the past week and prepare for the new week ahead. You may need to spend more time working out the details of some of these items so you can then keep up with just a quick 30 minute check-in. If you’re interested in a more in depth look at any of these areas check out the blog posts or email in your questions, I’d love to hear from you!
