Early birthday presents

As part of my 35 before 35 list today I ‘purchase a birthday outfit to work towards feeling fab in’. Since discovering Shein shopping for cute plus size items has been so much easier. While my ultimate goal is to no longer need to shop plus size I know I’ll still need something bigger at my birthday.

It’s April now and I have until August to make progress. Five months is a decent amount of time so I’ve given myself the goal of 2 dress sizes (I’m around a 24 now and the dress I ordered is a 20). I also chose a dress with a little bit of stretch so should I fall a little short of my goal it will still fit.

Here is the dress! You can also check it out on shein if you like it (click here). I’m about 5’6 so this dress will naturally look longer on me and not as short. I’m also not as busty as these images so I’ve got a cute little bralet I can wear to cover that fleshy bit but still look sexy.

As far as this item is concerned, I’ve done it! So now I’m just working on drinking plenty of water, moving every hour and sticking to the caloric deficit. Taking it one day at a time.
